Please note:
- We normally supply digital images (usually our images are at least 300 dpi but not necessarily recommended for reproduction over A4. Some of our older digital images may be of a lower quality and will only be supplied if suitable for the customer's requirements)
- If you require another format please contact us to discuss whether we can help
- We will endeavour to supply the images you have requested - however this may not always be possible, due to copyright or collection care restrictions
- We require all customers to sign and return our copyright agreement and provide payment before we can send the images

Image Charges
The Museum charges either a non-commercial or commercial fee depending on why you require the image. All prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.

Payment must be made in advance by cash, credit card or cheque (payable to Reading Borough Council) whenever possible. If a customer requires an invoice an administration fee of £50.00 will be added to the total image charge
Overseas Customers
Orders from overseas customers are welcome, we accept payment by credit card or by bankers draft. Please note that we cannot invoice overseas customers.
Conditions of Reproduction
- Images are supplied only for the one use specified in your copyright agreement
- Images cannot be passed to third parties without our permission
- Digital images must not be retained after use and must be deleted from your systems within 30 days of use
- The supplied images must be published 'as provided' - they must not be cut out, edited or otherwise digitally altered without express written permission
- No further publication is permitted except with a fresh written permission and payment in advance of additional fees
- Reading Museum must receive a copy of the publication in which an image appears
