Conclusion: The overall average of number of students in 22 schools who did a learning task in relation the artefacts was 140 students per loan; 3081 students in total. These numbers could have considerable impact on performance indicator usage numbers.

Number: The loans go around all the classrooms in the school so approximately 220 children would do work on the artefacts.

The aim this term is to make a model in relation to the Native American project. They will investigate the design of the loans and may make models of them. The children who are less able may be able to do drawings of them. We will probably do an introductory session about what an artefact is - primary and secondary sources. The Native American model focus will continue until the end of the Summer term.
