Tea and cake at Palmers Cafe
Palmers Cafe is the perfect place to unwind in the unique surroundings of Reading Museum.
The cafe serves a range of hot and cold drinks, snacks and lunches, including delicious hot meals at lunchtime (between 12 and 2pm).
All our food is freshly prepared on site. We aim to offer our customers high quality, good value, simple seasonal cooking. Your food is freshly prepared and cooked to order - as much as possible is made by our chefs here in the Town Hall kitchens: from cakes, bread, soup, terrines and chutneys, to the beer batter for our fish.
We source produce from local suppliers whenever we can. Tea and coffee are Fairtrade, and all eggs we use are free range.
