Exhibitions coming to the Museum of Reading:

All Boxed Up and Ready To Go

23 May 2009 to 06 September 2009

For nearly 100 years museum objects have been sent into classrooms all over Reading and Berkshire. This exhibition gives you a chance to see and handle some of the spectacular objects that have inspired children and their teachers. Examine our shiny, up to date boxes designed to protect and display our artefacts. Can you identify some of our more mysterious objects?
