This year marks the 80th Anniversary of the “People’s Pantry” air raid in 1943, which left 41 people dead. Local historian Mike Cooper will talk you through what happened that day and lead an object handling session. From 12.30pm, Terry Dixon (Terry's Reading Walkabouts) will walk you around the locations affected in the town centre.
