Part of our Reading Museum Goes Green Event. Join a walk led by Reading Tree Wardens to hear about urban trees in Reading. The knowledgeable wardens will take you on a popular trail through Reading Town Centre. The trail will shed light on Reading’s history as well as on the range of wonderful trees you will encounter.
Reading Tree Wardens plant, protect and promote local trees. They are part of a national network of volunteer Tree Wardens who are working to champion trees.
The walk is approx. 2 hours. Start is Reading Minster, or the Minster Church of St Mary the Virgin, St Mary’s Butts at 2pm or join us at 1.45pm at Reading Museum to walk down to the start.
