What:
An informal way to develop creative skills
Come and join New Directions, a local college for adult learning, as tutors help you explore the delights of Reading Museum through drawing. Each session will focus on a different aspect of the museum’s collection. These informal tutor lead sessions will help you develop your observational drawing skills, with prompts from the tutor you will try various techniques to complement your own unique style. Bring along your sketchbooks and drawing materials to enjoy a morning of drawing and discussion.

*These sessions are delivered by New Directions College as part of their Tailored learning, Community Arts & Wellbeing programme. They are FREE for eligible learners. We will ask for your ID to check if you are eligible before we confirm your place. To qualify for funding, participants need to have been resident in the UK for 3 years.
